Norman Fortier - President, Founder
Getting to know the man behind the mission of iSystems Group will provide a 360 degree snapshot of why iSystems Group is setting the tone for excellence in Information Technology. Mission statements are merely words until one trusts the man / company behind them, at which point a statement then becomes a commitment. Norman Fortier has one vision, one mission; "Build, sell and execute value at every level of the customer experience".
Prior to creating iSystems Group, Mr. Fortier played an integral role in several highly successful Information Technology companies in the DC Metro area. A PgMP, PMP® credentialed, hands-on Manager, Mr. Fortier has a proven history of managing large-scale IT Business Units, National Security Assets and Enterprise Programs. His experience spans Department Of Defense, Department Of Justice and civilian agencies in the areas of Program Management, Operations and Maintenance, Full Life Cycle Software Development, and Managed Services.
Mr. Fortier has received numerous awards and recommendations from government agencies for outstanding leadership, software development and contractor support. Most recently, he received Letter of Recognition from the FBI for outstanding leadership (Oct. 2010). He has the unique ability of empowering teams, fostering a conducive, positive work environment in which team members are provided the knowledge, skills and training to be successful. Successful employees translate into successful delivery, thinking outside of the box solutions and a positive customer experience.
Mr. Fortier, a prior government employee with over 20 years in information technology service delivering enterprise solutions, understands "Best Value to the Government" and is uniquely qualified to provide successful delivery of IT services to all government agencies.
